This is an amazing space in all seasons and all weather. In summer or winter you can enjoy the nearby peace of the East Gardens or the majestic views to the West.

In Portuguese the verb “mirar” means to view. The interior and the exterior were designed to frame the mountains to the west. It is this stunning view that inspires the name of this room, the Mirador. Its floors are hydronically heated and it is air-conditioned. Windows on three sides, as well as the exterior door, catch prevailing breezes by tilting or opening on side hinges.

Main Floor Office

Designed to reflect the Keeping Room, the office also has Habersham cabinetry with antique pine flooring. Guests and clients can enter directly from the East Patio.
