At 9800 Schwab Way you will find the 47 acre state-of-the-art campus of Lone Tree’s Charles Schwab Brokerage.  

This is a major Coop for Lone Tree, and for Denver for that matter.  Hundreds of locations could have been chosen, but they selected our community because of what it offers it’s employees as to quality of life.

And they are already a quality member of Lone Tree, demonstrating their conviction to our city and to becoming a fully participating corporate citizen.

The campus features three five-story buildings and projections are that there will soon be 4,000 employees at work here.  

This is a very exciting story for Lone Tree’s future, and it will continue to provide benefit.
