The center is a well equipped 55,000 square foot facility.  Here you can enjoy your workout, or basketball, or cardio equipment, volleyball courts, weight room, a catering kitchen or quite a substantial aquatics area for your swim.  The place is simply amazing!

Personal training is a particular highlight of the LTRC.  Top-notch, certified and experienced professionals can structure a program to help you achieve anything you desire.  They are experts in many physical programs fom Zumba to youth activities, Aqua Aerobics or rehab after knee replacement.

The indoor track provides a mile for 12 laps.  Or perhaps arts and crafts are your objective — you can find them here too.  There’s even an electric kiln.

There are 2 Racquetball and handball courts that will help you sweat off the inches, and even drop in babysitting and a host of child care camps.
