This amazing 253 acre regional park is literally the top of Lone Tree.

And the vistas prove that!

Popular with everyone, the park is highlighted by the trails … beautiful, winding, easy stretches perfect for bicyclists, dogs on-leash, equestrian users, hikers and more.  It is a 2.7-mile loop that is associated with 3.5 miles of feeder trails and overlooks.  These trails are also connecting to the Highland Ranch trails, the East / West Regional Trail, and South Suburban Parks and Recreation District’s trail system.

The Douglas County Park system has thought of everything to build the Bluffs with all the amenities.  There is a picnic shelter and restrooms at the trail head.  Also they’ve provided great parking, even 3 spots for horse trailers and 3 hitch rails.  The parking lot is asphalt.

The popularity is soaring like the trail itself.
