Through December 2013, buyers purchased $1,099,158,966 in single-family Million Dollar properties comprised of 722 transactions compared to $853,356,527 in sales and 552 transactions in 2012.



This resulted in an increase of 28.8% in volume and an increase of 30.8% in transactions respectively.


Year to date in 2013 the highest sold property was $8,691,000 (April) which is 15.9% more than the 2012 highest priced sale of $7,500,000 (July).


The number of days on the market is now 15.3% less at 160 days versus 189 days in 2012.
